Procedure

Registration can be arranged through the online registration system or by sending in completed registration form and fee (in the form of cheque, bank draft of bank transfer).

  • Online registration will be closed on 31 Aug 2017 Hong Kong time (GMT+8).
  • FOR TRAINEES: Registration will only be accepted upon receipt of a copy of degree (5 years maximum from the graduation) or a copy of signed letter verifying the status as a trainee from your university/hospital/institution to the Congress Secretariat with your completed form and payment, or the copy is uploaded to the online registraton system when you register online.


Group Registration

Group registration is only valid for a group with more than 20 delegates from the same organization.
Pre-registration is highly recommended for the collection of limited conference kits. Priorities are given to pre-registered participants.

Pre-registration Procedure
  1. Complete the group registration form and read through the terms & conditions for group registration. Kindly email it to the Congress Secretariat .
  2. Invoice will be sent after the eligibility of listed participants is verified.
  3. Remittance slip should be submitted to Congress Secretariat before 31 August 2017.
  4. Upon the receipt of full payment, a confirmation letter will be sent. Collection of conference kits will be available as a group on-site.
On-site Registration Procedure
  1. Complete the group registration form on-site.
  2. Arrange for group payment in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) by cash or credit card.
  3. Collect conference kit as a group on-site if available.


Entitlements

The registration fee of main programme includes admission to the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, all Scientific Sessions and the Exhibition except the Post-graduate Courses / Nurses Programmes. Additional registration fee will be required for the Post-graduate Courses / Nurses Programmes. The registration fee of accompanying person includes admission to Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and Exhibition only.

Confirmation of Registration

If registration is done online, an electronic registration confirmation will be sent once the credit card payment is processed. For registration by post, a letter of confirmation will be sent after the Congress Secretariat has confirmed the related payment.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Cut-off Date Refund Policy
On or before 30 April 2017 Full Refund ( after deducting bank charges )
1 May 2017 - 30 June 2017 50% Refund
After 1 July 2017 No Refund
  • In the event of cancellation, the Organizers will strictly adhere to the Cancellation/Refund Policy.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
  • Relevant bank charges are to deducted from the refund.
  • All refunds will be made within 1 month after the Congress.
